CLASSES

Our cooking classes with Chef Michael focus on classical techniques & full flavors. We specialize in custom created cooking classes, taking into account our clients’ desires. Class cost includes use of our kitchen, equipment, recipe booklet, personal cooking instruction & hands-on lesson by Chef Michael for classes up to 6 people. Classes in our kitchen are offered mornings, Sunday thru Thursday, dependent upon availability & season. One week notice is necessary to book. Clients may want to have a private class, or prefer to put together their own group.

Larger group instruction & private at home classes are available. Quotes are available upon request.

Plan Your Own Group Cooking Class

3½ hour classes for 1-5 people start at $350 plus a per person cost for food.
Learn to make a 3-course meal led by Chef Michael. For the finale, dine on your creations together in the dining room.

1½ hour group classes for 1-5 people start at $150 plus a per person cost of food.
Learn to make one item in this class lead by Chef Michael, and enjoy your food in our casual kitchen atmosphere

Group Demonstrations & Demonstration Luncheons are available for groups up to 40 guests.

These are custom classes… from discovering how to prepare the perfect omelet at brunch, to learning how to properly prepare foie gras!

Chef Michael will teach how to make simple and elegant hors d’oeuvres that will allow freedom through advanced preparation so you are able to both enjoy your party and impress your guests. Class includes preparation of 4 different hors d’oeuvres. (Other hors d’oeuvre options available.)
